Abstract


Arsitektur di Indonesia semakin mengarah pada green architecture untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dan meningkatkan efisiensi energi. Kota Bontang, sebagai kota industri, menghadapi tantangan menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kelestarian lingkungan. Pasar Citramas Loktuan memiliki masalah terkait tata ruang, pengelolaan limbah, dan kenyamanan. Redesain pasar dengan solusi seperti sirkulasi udara alami, pengolahan limbah terpadu, dan ruang terbuka hijau terbukti dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan, mengurangi emisi karbon, serta mendukung keberlanjutan dan perekonomian lokal
