The Humid Tropical Agroecotechnology Journal (JATL) is a scientific journal managed by the Agroecotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Mulawarman, serving as a platform for disseminating research findings and scholarly studies in humid tropical agriculture. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and methodological or technological advancements that contribute to scientific development and sustainable agricultural practices. Focus and Scope include: (a) agronomy (b) plant protection (pests, diseases, and weeds); (c) soil science. Publication Frequency is published biannually in February and August. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by qualified reviewers in relevant scientific disciplines to ensure scientific quality, originality, and academic contribution. The journal adheres to international standards of publication ethics, including: (a) academic integrity and originality, (b) plagiarism prevention, (c) transparency of conflicts of interest, (d) responsibilities of authors, editors, and reviewers. This journal implements an open access policy, allowing unrestricted access to all published articles to support the global dissemination of scientific knowledge. Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and is targeted for indexing in national and international databases to enhance visibility and citation impact. Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s Open Journal System (OJS) following the author guidelines and manuscript template.
