Gambaran Pemaafan Pada Korban Perundungan

Abstract


This study aims to determine the background of bullying experienced by victims, the stages of forgiving, factors that affect forgiving, and the impact experienced by victims. The subjects in this study were early adults who had experienced bullying. Type of qualitative research with the method of interpretive phenomenological analysis.  The data collection methods used are interviews and observations. The subjects of the study were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are by preparing data, reading the entire data, coding data, applying coding results, presenting themes in the form of narratives, and interpreting / interpreting data. The results showed that RD, FZ, LK, and SM subjects experienced bullying in physical, verbal, social, and cyber/electronic forms. The stages of forgiving passed by the subject are avoidance motivation, revenge motivation, and benevolence motivation. Factors affecting the forgiving in the subject are the religiosity factor and the relationship quality factor. The impact of bullying experienced by the subject is in the form of psychological problems, physical problems, physiological problems, and the impact of connecting problems.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang perundungan yang dialami oleh korban, tahapan pemaafan, faktor yang mempengaruhi pemaafan, serta dampak yang dialami oleh korban. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dewasa awal yang pernah mengalami perundungan. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis fenomenologis interpretatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu dengan mempersiapkan data, membaca keseluruhan data, meng-coding data, menerapkan hasil coding, menyajikan tema-tema dalam bentuk narasi, dan melakukan interpretasi/memaknai data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek RD, FZ, LK, dan SM mengalami perundungan dalam bentuk fisik, verbal, sosial, dan cyber/elektronik. Tahapan pemaafan yang dilalui oleh subjek adalah avoidance motivation, revenge motivation, dan benevolence motivation. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemaafan pada subjek adalah faktor religiusitas dan faktor kualitas hubungan. Dampak perundungan yang dialami oleh subjek berupa permasalahan psikologis, permasalahan fisik, permasalahan fisiologis, dan dampak permasalahan hubungan.
